Duplicate Step

Fluentos allows the reusability of your designs by enabling you to copy your campaign steps and paste them into the same campaign or any other campaign on the same website. Copy and pasting of steps is suggested in the following scenarios:

• From the Expanded section to the Expanded section of the same campaign
• From the Expanded section to the Minified section of the same campaign
• From the Minified section to the Expanded section of the same campaign
• From one campaign to another campaign’s Expanded and Minified sections

Please follow these steps to copy steps for reusing and saving time:

1. Click on the three dots icon next to the step that you want to copy, and click the copy icon.

   When you copy the step and attempt to paste it by adding a new step, the original button label will change from Add New Step to Add/Paste Step, indicating the step has been copied successfully and is ready to be pasted.

2. Now, click on the Add/Paste Step button where you want to paste this step and click the paste icon under Additional Actions.

   

3. The step will be copied with all its design elements, and the preview will be available immediately.

   

Limitation

Please note that you can only copy and paste the steps across campaigns that belong to the same website. Copy-pasting a campaign’s steps is not allowed across websites.
